We are parents of two sous chefs (currently 7 and 12) living in Helsinki, Finland. We believe that children are culinary connoisseurs and enjoy trying out new things – as long as they are included in the cooking process right from the start. (And if they are not – they soon will be!) We spent the school year 2013–2014 in Berkeley, CA, studying and collecting American recipes for our second cooking with children cookbook Apukokki Maailmalla (Sous Chef around the World). It was published in 2015 – same year as the Italian edition of SOUS CHEF’S COOKBOOK – Il Manuale del Piccolo Chef.
